Cedric Thompson is the CEO and founder of the Center for Innovation, Research, and Transformation in Education (CIRTE), now operating as WE Strategies and The Chart Academy. With 15+ years in education, he has led major initiatives in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Detroit—improving schools, overseeing multimillion-dollar programs, and expanding career readiness. He remains dedicated to the belief that all students can achieve when given the right support.

Wayne Williams, a Selma, Alabama native, holds a B.S. in Biology from UAB and is pursuing an MBA at Western Governors University. After starting as a science teacher in Texas and later working in IT project management, he now serves as Lead Instructor at The Chart Academy. Wayne leverages both education and technology experience to provide real-world training that prepares students for career success.

Zerui Wu uses data-driven research in economic development and public policy to address inequality and poverty. By applying quantitative and interdisciplinary methods, he develops practical strategies that promote economic mobility and social equity, with a focus on empowering marginalized communities and driving sustainable change.
