Since 2017, the Chart Academy has been at the forefront of innovation, research, and capacity planning, helping organizations build and redesign programs that drive meaningful change. Through in-depth research and critical analysis, we identify opportunities to improve and elevate the livelihoods of individuals and communities. Our work focuses on building the capacities of organizations and workforce providers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional occupational training.

Per our 2024 recap, the Chart Academy served over 400 students. 38% of those who secured a job after the program had been long-term unemployed, while 21% were entering the workforce for the first time. We strive to serve many more through education in the coming years. ​
