Intentional Employer Engagement

In order to ensure that training programs lead to viable employment opportunities, it is imperative to align workforce development offerings with the current labor market needs identified by employers. At our organization, we prioritize recruitment efforts based on the needs of the industry provide our clients with the most relevant and effective training opportunities.

Durable Skills Inclusion

As the job market continues to evolve, it's becoming increasingly important for jobseekers to focus on developing skills that will last a lifetime. While occupational skills may come and go, skills like communication, problem-solving, growth, fortitude, and collaboration will always be in demand employers. By prioritizing these skills within our programs, jobseekers are positioned for long-term success in their careers.

Occupational Skills Training

When it comes to finding the right candidate for a job, knowing their occupational skills is crucial. At our training center, we offer a variety of programs lead to national credentials in Information Technology, Environmental Service, and Early Childhood Education. Our learners also have the opportunity to stack credentials, making them even more valuable in the market.

Progress Monitoring

Measuring the impact of our North Star will keep us on track. By tracking indicators such as barrier elimination, job placement, elements of good job, credential attainment, interventions deployed, and successful employer engagement will provide insights into the effectiveness of programs and allow for  data-driven decisions making.
