At The Chart Academy, we provide non-degree training programs for those who want to enter the workforce. Our courses cater to individuals aged 9 and above, including middle school career exploration, summer youth employment, out-of-school youth, and adult and dislocated programs. Our goal is to enhance the subject matter expertise and knowledge of job seekers, enabling them to compete for good and viable employment in a constantly evolving labor market. In 2024, our commitment to serving the vulnerable communities of Washington, D.C. is clearly illustrated on this map. We proudly focused our efforts primarily on wards 5, 7, and 8, with 57% of our students hailing from wards 7 and 8 alone. This highlights not just our outreach, but also the vibrant communities that contribute to our dynamic educational environment.
